During a routine inspection
All staff were trained to deal with medical emergencies and demonstrated they had effective, safe equipment which was fit for purpose.
People told us they were given detailed assessments and treatment plans. They said they had enough time and information to make informed decisions about their care and treatment. They were informed about potential risks, the benefits of treatment and the alternative options. They said they knew the cost of treatment before work took place. People said they found staff well trained and professional.
One person commented: "I came here because it was recommended to me and I have received an excellent service. I am extremely happy here and I would recommend it myself."
We looked at the infection control and decontamination processes and found there were safe systems in place to prevent cross infection and maintain hygiene in the practice.
