During an inspection looking at part of the service
At this inspection we found that improvements had been made. We found that the policies and procedures relating to the recruitment and employment of staff had been reviewed and updated. We saw that there was now more information about the need for disclosure and barring service (DBS) checks for specific job roles.
We also found that pre employment procedures had been stregthened to ensure that the required pre employment checks were carried out. We found that appropriate policies and procedures were in place for the recruitment and employment of staff.
