During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people who used the surgery. They said they were happy with the service they received and had no concerns to raise. They said Mr Saleem discussed the treatment options available to them and always obtained their consent to treatments. People said they were happy with the standard of cleanliness in the surgery and had no concerns to raise. Comments made by the people who used the service included:

'Mr Saleem always explains the treatments and I always sign a consent form'.

'Mr Saleem explains everything. He is very good and I am very happy with everything'.

'The surgery is spotless'.

'I am very happy with the service provided by Mr Saleem. He is a superb dentist. The dental hygienist is exceptional and the reception staff are very good and very friendly'.
