We met with five people who had come for examination or treatment. They were all very positive in their comments, and very appreciative of the care and treatment they had received. Two people said that they had been disappointed that the practice could no longer offer treatment under the NHS, so it was more expensive, but they did not have any intention of looking for another dentist. 'All good, I wouldn't go anywhere else,' said one person awaiting treatment.
Another person said, 'I've been dealt with quite satisfactorily.'
One person told us they had been well informed about their problem and about treatments and offered a choice of crowns.
One person described the practice as 'Good as gold.' They needed quick treatment and were not disappointed.
One person told us they had been very pleased when Mr Gedah had come in on a Saturday when they had been in pain and needed treatment.
This practice is on the first floor. There is a stair-lift. There is a waiting area and toilet upstairs and access to a disabled toilet on the ground floor. There are two treatment rooms and an office.
