During a routine inspection
Evidence showed people were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed. People we spoke with told us they felt the hygiene and cleanliness of the practice was, "Excellent."
We saw the practice's current complaints procedure, which was displayed in the waiting room. We were told by the practice manager, how they would work with the patient to resolve their complaint within 20 days of receipt.
Patient survey results suggested high levels of satisfaction with the practice, and there was evidence that patient views and suggestions were sought regularly and considered.
