During a routine inspection
All of the people we spoke with were positive about the service they received. They told us "The service has been really good so far"; "They're polite and friendly whenever I attend" and "It's a really nice, kind and understanding practice." People also told us that they would recommend the practice to other people, commenting "I would definitely recommend this practice and I have " and "I've already recommended them to others."
People told us the practice was clean and hygienic and that they were satisfied with the standards of cleanliness. 'It's always immaculately clean" and "The hygiene is brilliant" were comments made.
People told us they very rarely had to wait over their appointment time to be seen, with one person commenting "If I've had to wait past my appointment time it has been as the exception rather than the norm and it has only been a matter of minutes." A second person told us "I have had to wait past my appointment time on occasion; the reason was explained to me though."
There was a range of information available to people attending the practice about the services provided and the costs.
