During a routine inspection
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. People told us they were happy with the care and treatments they had received. One person said, "I have no complaints." Another person told us, "I'm very happy, I have come here for some time now. I can get an appointment when it suits me, the dentists seem to be knowledgeable, and I have always been satisfied with my treatment."
Staff training was kept up to date so that staff could care for people safely and to an appropriate standard. We found people were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed and there was an effective system in place to monitor and assess the quality of the service.
