During a routine inspection

People told us that they felt they had enough time and information to make a decision about their treatment and that the dentist listened to them and talked through the different treatment options. They said they were given a full breakdown of the cost of the proposed treatment options.

They told us that the clinic was comfortable and accommodating and that appointments were flexible to meet their needs.

One person said 'I think it's excellent. The staff are very pleasant and they take time to have a chat and make you feel comfortable and at ease'.

People also told us that the surgeries were always clean when they visited. One person said 'It's always spotless'.
