During a routine inspection
We spoke with two people who had received treatment at the clinic and they told us they were involved in making decisions about their care and treatment. They had been informed about any possible risks that may have been associated with their treatment and they felt comfortable with the staff and were listened to.
Several people told us that they felt comfortable and the location provided a safe environment with treatment provided in a confidential and private way.
One person told us that, 'The staff are very professional, friendly and all the treatment I had was thoroughly explained'.
All the people we spoke with told us that the clinic staff gave them opportunity to provide feedback about the service they had received. They also felt able to speak to the staff about any queries or concerns they had about their treatment.
