During a routine inspection
People told us that the dentists had carried out thorough examinations and discussed treatment options with them before they had agreed to any treatment.
We found that staff had a good understanding of safeguarding vulnerable adults and children and that they were confident about what to do if they thought somebody had suffered harm or abuse.
We found that treatment rooms were clean and tidy and that thorough hygiene practices were in place to reduce the risk of infection. People who used the service told us they had always found the practice to be clean.
We found that staff received a good level of support from their manager and that they had completed regular training which enabled them to carry out their work effectively. People told us that they had a lot of confidence in the ability of the staff.
