During a routine inspection
We found the dental practice to be clean and tidy. Staff were working in accordance with infection control policies and procedures to prevent, detect and control the spread of infection.
We looked at two staff files and spoke with two staff members. They confirmed they had access to a good training programme and received regular support from their manager.
Systems were in place to assess and monitor the quality of the service provided at the dental practice. We saw a number of audits (checks) which showed how this was achieved. Improvements had been made where necessary to ensure patients received safe and effective treatment.
