Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not admit any service user aged 16 or 17 to Cherryhurst House without the prior written consent of the Care Quality Commission. The registered provider must provide written confirmation from funding authorities that the service user’s care at Cherryhurst House will continue past their 18th birthday. The admission of a service user aged 16 or 17 must not cause Cherryhurst House to operate wholly or mainly as a children’s home.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 6 service users at Cherryhurst house.

The registered provider must not provide accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care in a specialist service to people whose presenting need for care or support is as a direct result of the person’s learning disability and or autism at or from Cherryhurst House.

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Cherryhurst House.
