During a routine inspection
We received feedback from two patients who described the care and treatment they received as 'Very good.'
We also looked at compliment and complaints slips that had been completed by patients recently. People had made the following comments about the dental practice:
'An outstanding service all round. The dentist explains everything and has my utmost confidence.'
'The staff team at the practice are helpful and very friendly, providing a professional service. I still don't like going to the dentist but if I have to go I'm glad I go here.'
'The staff and the dentists are wonderful, extremely helpful and very considerate.'
'Friendly, fast service, ten out of ten!'
'I am pleased with the work they have done for me and my children.'
'Had a thorough check up and felt confident that my teeth and oral health are being well looked after. Good clear instructions and advice. Thank you.'
'My check up always seems thorough and explanations of treatment and aftercare are always forthcoming.'
'Everywhere is thoroughly clean and child friendly.'
'All areas clean, tidy and bright.'
We contact NHS Bury commissioning, complaints and safeguarding teams. They confirmed that they received one complaint that was being dealt with and there had been no safeguarding issues of which they were aware.
