One person we spoke with told us 'They always go into great detail about everything. It is very clear.' Another person told us 'Yes, I always feel I am listened to and treated with respect'. People we spoke with told us that the registered provider explained all the available treatment options and associated risks including other options available to them. One person said "Everything is written down for you in a letter in great detail and the nurse/specialist will go through it all with you too'.
