During a routine inspection
People's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plan. There were arrangements in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies. We saw that the practice had emergency drugs and oxygen available which may be needed to deal with any medical emergencies should they arise.
We saw that the practice had effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. Staff were able to demonstrate that they were aware of the safe practices required to meet the required standards.
The provider had a system in place for obtaining feedback from patients. We looked at 40 patient feedback surveys and found that patients were satisfied with the care and treatment they received. Comments included, "No complaints", "Very professional service"
