During a routine inspection
We found that people had been provided with a range of information about the clinic and their care and treatment.
People told us that they had been consulted about their care and that they felt involved in making decisions about their dental treatment.
We saw that people had been provided with either a dental estimate or a detailed treatment plan for more complex treatments.
People had been required to complete a medical questionnaire that was regularly updated to ensure that the dentist was aware of any relevant medical information that might impact on the delivery of people's dental care.
We found that the clinic and the surgeries were very clean. There were processes in place that staff had followed to manage the risks of infection.
The provider had a recruitment process and staff had been required to undergo relevant checks.
There were systems in place to monitor the quality of the service provided.
