During a routine inspection

The people visiting the dental practice told us they had been attending for many years and felt they received very good service. One person said, 'It's a brilliant service. Staff are very friendly and helpful.' Another person said, 'I have been coming to this practice for over 20 years and they provide a great service.' They said that the dentists always took time to explain the procedures required for their treatment and were very reassuring.

People we spoke with said that they had been given informed choices and had been involved in discussions about their treatment options and costs. People confirmed that staff wore protective equipment to prevent the spread of infection when giving treatment and said the practice was always clean when they visited.

We observed that there were appropriate systems in place to ensure people were provided with a safe service and staff had received the training they needed to keep up to date.
