During a routine inspection
We were told that the reception staff always welcomed them and made them feel comfortable. They were spoken to in a friendly professional manner.
They felt that their treatment was always explained to them and any questions answered. They said that they were given enough information for them to make an informed choice regarding the best treatment.
We were also told that generally appointments were easy to access especially in an emergency and that they weren't kept waiting long for their appointment.
