During a routine inspection
When asked they all said the staff treated them with dignity and respect. One person said, 'I would not keep coming here if they didn't.'
Patients' said the practice was well located, very clean and well maintained at all times. They told us they felt the Dentist listened to what they had to say and discussed all options before they made their final decisions.
Patients were very complimentary about the staff. They said they were made to feel calm and relaxed when ever they visited the surgery. One patient told us it was their first visit to the practice. They said they were made to feel comfortable and at ease.
We saw copies of information, which was made available for patients use, situated in the reception area. The practice manager said, 'All patients are given a code of practice and dental guide when they first visit the practice.'
