During a routine inspection
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. The people we spoke with said they received good dental care delivered by kind and reassuring staff. One person said, 'My dentist is really good and takes his time with me. Couldn't ask for a better service.'
People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed and people were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment.
People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
