During a routine inspection
We found patients were respected and involved in their care. A patient told us, "I have never met such a thorough dentist, all implications and cost are fully explained and discussed, we are given a superb service."
We found that people's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their care plan. Another patient told us, "I cannot fault the care and attention we receive at Field House".
We found that a robust safeguarding policy and procedures were in place. All staff were fully aware of and competent concerning safeguarding procedures.
We saw that the service maintained good standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises. Staff told us, "We follow a strict decontamination process several times in the day". One person who used the service told us, "The practice is spotless every time I visit".
We found that the service had an appropriate recruitment procedure in place.
