During a routine inspection
Everyone we spoke with told us that they were happy with the treatment they had received from all the staff. They told us that any risks involved in their treatment were explained to them. The provider had in place procedures to deal with emergencies and was ensuring any treatment could be provided safely.
None of the people we spoke with had any concerns regarding the service. The provider had procedures in place to deal with a allegations and incidents of abuse and staff were aware of how to report this.
One person was able to tell us that they found the premises clean and tidy. We observed that the premises was clean and had in place measures to ensure people were not at risk of infection.
The provider carried out surveys with people who use the service to get feedback on the treatment they provide. The provider also arranged checks to be undertaken both internally and by external organisations to ensure the service they provided was safe.
