During the inspection we spoke with three people who used the service. They told us that the care and support they received was good. One person told us it was, "The best place I have ever lived in." Another person we spoke with told us that they were, "Well fed and well looked after, it couldn't be much better."
We looked at the care records of the people we spoke with. They detailed the person's needs and the way those needs were met but did not show how the person the care plans related to had contributed.
We looked at staff training records. These showed that a number of staff needed further training.
A quality assurance process was in place to ensure that people who used the service were happy with the care and support they received.
