During a routine inspection
We found there were many information leaflets available in the waiting area. These gave information on a wide range of dental and cosmetic dental treatments. Patients were advised of the cost treatment plans before commencement.
Consultations took place in private rooms to ensure privacy and maintain confidentiality. Patients were able to make comments about their experience via satisfaction surveys which were offered to patients prior to treatments.
Treatments records were electronic and we sampled 4 patient records. We saw that patients completed a health declaration prior to any consultation with the dentist and before commencing any treatment.
Patients told us: "I am very happy here I now bring my children too". "I am a long standing patient of the practice I've been coming here since I was little".
