During a routine inspection
During the visit, we spoke with one person who used the service. They told us they were asked for both written and verbal consent for treatment prior to receiving any treatment.
The person told us they were happy with the services provided and said it was, 'Excellent. The dentist is really good and efficient, and I don't have a problem in getting an appointment to see the dentist.'
The person also told us the dental practice was clean and they had no concerns about the cleanliness of the premises.
The person said they had no concerns about the services they received and would speak to the dentist if they had a concern.
