During a routine inspection
Each person we spoke with told us their medical history had been checked on each appointment, they had been provided with a range of treatment options, and that costs were discussed openly. One person told us treatment costs were also on the practice website. The service had emergency and out of hours appointments available. The service involved people in their treatment and care.
Staff had training opportunities and had been supported to attend these. There were procedures in place to protect people from the risk of abuse. People were looked after by staff who had been appropriately trained and supported. The practice monitors their quality of service by patient surveys and the use of comment cards. If required, changes were implemented to reflect the feedback from these.
