During a routine inspection
Patients told us they were treated with dignity and respect and staff spoke to them politely at all times.
We saw the practice had easy access for disabled persons' and a surgery on the ground floor. Patients we spoke with told us the practice was well located, clean and tidy however the waiting areas required redecoration.
Patients were complimentary about the staff. They said they felt calm and relaxed when they visited the practice. One patient said, 'I am welcomed by staff each time I attend the dentist.' And another said, 'Staff are very friendly.'
We saw copies of information, which was made available for patients use and was situated in the up stairs waiting area and the main reception. Staff told us patients were given a service information sheet when they first attended the practice. We saw copies of this information available on the main reception.
