We spoke with three patients by telephone as part of our inspection and in addition communicated with four patients via e-mail. Everyone reported they were happy with the care and support they recived from Truro Orthodontic Practice. Comments included 'both dentists are very friendly, helpful and put me at ease when I come to see them, we always have a good chat!', 'I never thought I could 'enjoy' going to the orthodontist', 'he practice motto 'Going the extra mile ...' is true, endless care has been taken to treat me in the best possible way' and 'I would definitely recommend them, I am very pleased with the result'People's privacy, dignity and independence were respected.
