We spoke with four patients who attended this practice. They told us that they were very happy with the service provided. They felt they were given enough information about their treatment options and the relevant fees. They also told us they could ask questions and did not feel rushed. Patients told us they were always treated with respect.We saw that the treatment options discussed with patients were recorded in their dental care records. We saw completed treatment plans with costings.
There were safeguarding adults and child protection policies and procedures but staff training was not in place.
There were infection control policies and procedures in place and we were shown decontamination procedures. However staff training,in infection control was not in place.
There was a complaints procedure in place and patients were aware of how to complain. Patients told us they had not had the need to do so.
