During a routine inspection
The patients we spoke with were very satisfied with the service. They described the surgery as "Really good" and the staff as "Very friendly and professional." They told us staff treated them respectfully and ensured they had given their consent to care and treatment in advance. Patients were aware of their treatment plans and had been given options about the treatment they received. We were told staff were "Very nice, and they make you feel comfortable."
We were told that the premises were kept clean, and that staff were seen to wash their hands, and wear gloves when carrying out procedures. Comments from patients included "Yes, they make sure the patient has goggles, and staff wear masks and gloves." People told us they would know who to complain to, though none of the people we spoke with had any complaints. Comments on this subject included "No complaints. I've been delighted with what they have done" and "From personal experience, I will recommend them to a lot of people."
