During an inspection looking at part of the service

We did not speak with people who use the service at this visit. We spoke to the practice manager and looked at the systems and processes implemented at the practice to reduce the risk and spread of infection since our last inspection visit.

During a routine inspection

During our inspection, we were able to speak with two people who use the service and one visiting relative. They told us that they had been attending the practice for over two years and were very satisfied with the quality of services provided; treatments including costs were fully explained in order for them to make informed choices.

Staff were always courteous and friendly, they felt at ease, confident and safe with the care and treatment provided. One person said 'Excellent, first class five star services.' They also told us that they had travelled over 120 miles to see this Dentist. Another person said, 'First class services, completely happy with the staff and the care and treatment.'
