During a routine inspection
We spoke with four people who told us what it was like attending Dedham Dental Surgery. One person said, 'I am very happy, you can't do better.' Another person said they, 'Would recommend the service to other people.' We saw returned satisfaction questionnaires in which people had provided positive comments about the service.
Staff told us about the quality checking, cleaning and safety measures at the surgery to ensure a high quality and safe service. We saw that the service had effective audit systems to monitor cleanliness and safety. We found that staff were well trained and had the skills required to provide effective and safe care.
