During a routine inspection
We spoke with two people who used the service and they told us that they did not have to wait long for an appointment. They felt that the practice was very welcoming and relaxing. One person said, 'The staff are very pleasant and approachable.' Another said, 'The waiting area is very comfortable and I am always offered a drink.'
People we spoke with said that the environment was always clean and tidy. Processes were in place to ensure that equipment was safe to use and clean. One person said, 'The practice is spotless.'
The practice had a process in place to monitor people's views about the service offered. People we spoke with told us that they had never had to complain about the service.
