During an inspection in response to concerns

People told us they were happy with the care they were receiving. They said that staff were very good, and kind. Visitors to the home told us that when they visited the staff made them feel very welcome. They also told us that they were satisfied with the care their relative was receiving at the home.

Staff said that they felt supported by the manager at the home. They said they enjoyed working at the service and thought they provided a good standard of care to the people who lived there.
