During a routine inspection
We were told by patients that treatment was explained to them and that they were able to ask questions. One patient told us 'We talk about the treatment.'
The patients we spoke with said that before any treatment commenced they were always asked for their consent.
We found that the practice carried out the appropriate checks that ensured that equipment was suitable and safe and that there were arrangements in place in the case of an emergency.
The practice had systems in place to assess the quality of the service they offered to patients.
