During a routine inspection
People's needs were appropriately assessed and treatment planned in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare. Treatment options were discussed and people were informed about costs.
On the day of the visit the practice was clean and well maintained. The staff adhered to current government guidance which reduced the risk and spread of infection.
Care and treatment was provided by staff that were appropriately qualified and kept themselves up-to'date with their professional development. In written feedback several people said that that staff were 'kind' and 'gentle'.
The provider regularly assessed the quality of its service and actively sought feedback from people who use the service. One person said 'fabulous treatment, all my family come here'
