During a routine inspection
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. We spoke with four people and they all told us they were more than happy with the care and treatment they received. One person told us, 'I have never looked back since coming to this practice.' One person said, 'Care and treatment is excellent, I totally trust them.' Another person told us, 'I would never change dentists.'
People were treated in a clean, hygienic environment. The people we spoke with told us that and they had no concerns with the hygiene. One person told us, 'The surgery is immaculate.'
People were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff. Appropriate checks had been undertaken before staff began work.
There was an effective complaints system in place. Complaints people made were responded to appropriately. People told us if they had any concerns or complaints they would discuss them with members of staff and they were confident of using the complaints system.
