During a routine inspection
People spoken with were impressed with the treatment received when visiting Corner House Dental Practice. One person said 'if I am in pain, I can book an appointment straight away'. Another person said 'X (the dentist) is good, X relaxes everybody, I don't like dentists but I like seeing X'.
People told us they could express their views and make informed decisions about their treatment. People's treatment records showed how their treatment was planned and delivered. There were suitable arrangements in place to deal with medical emergencies.
Staff felt supported and received training relevant to their role.
The practice followed guidelines to ensure they were protecting people from the risk of infections.
