During a routine inspection
All of the patients that we spoke with told us that they were very satisfied with the service provided by the practice. They said the dentist and staff were friendly, treatment was always explained to them and they were always asked to give consent before any treatment was given. The patients told us that they were given time to ask questions and that the staff would always listen to them. One patient told us 'It's a great pleasure coming here.' Another patient said 'He's the best dentist I've had.'
We found during our inspection that the service had appropriate processes in place to ensure that they were meeting requirements in terms of cleanliness and infection control.
We saw that the practice gave patients details on how to complain should they wish to.
