During a routine inspection
People told us that they participated in planning their dental treatment. They told us that staff always explained their treatment options and gave them full information about likely outcomes and costs.
People who use the service said they were treated with respect and had their privacy protected. They told us that staff actively sought their views and acted on them.
Although there is no formal survey of people's views, the clinic's website displayed and staff showed us positive comments from patients. We saw that the dentists incorporated suggestions into their practice.
