During a routine inspection
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. People told us they found the service to be clean and we found it to be visibly clean during our inspection. People were made aware of the complaints system and complaints were fully investigated and resolved. People told us they were confident that if they made a complaint it would be properly dealt with. Records were stored securely in the service, this promoted people's privacy.
