During a routine inspection
People told us that the practice was friendly and welcoming and staff were helpful and polite.
People said they were given the information they needed about their treatment and the costs, and that that they were always asked to give written consent to any treatment.
They said they were seen on time and it was helpful that the dentist rang personally to remind them of appointments. People said they were not kept waiting for their appointments when they arrived at the practice.
People told us the premises were clean and hygienic.
Some of the comments that people made were,
'It is of a very high standard'.
'When the (current) dentist took over there was new equipment right from the start'.
'I am given a full programme of what is to be done'.
'Everything is very clean'.
'I can't speak highly enough of them'.
'I have found this dentist to be excellent'
