During a routine inspection

People commented very positively on the care they received from their dentists. People described their experience as 'positive' and commented that they never had to wait to be seen by their dentist. People described the support from staff as 'professional and friendly and know what their doing'. People commented that treatment options and fees had been explained to them in a way that they understood.

People using the service commented that they felt that the cleanliness of the practice was good. One person commented that the practice was 'absolutely spotless' and another person commented that they had no concerns around the standards of cleanliness.

We asked people using the service if they felt safe in the hands of their dentist. They commented that their dentist had 'a lovely bedside manner', was 'very reassuring' and 'personable and professional'.
