During a routine inspection
A comment book was provided in the reception area for people to express their views or concerns. We saw that comments left were all positive. One person wrote: 'Mr Papineni has been our dentist for many years. He has always been very helpful and we have not had any worries about our treatment. He even opened his surgery for us for an emergency over Christmas ' what more do you want.'
Other comments from people included: 'Always been 150% satisfied!' and 'I do not live near the surgery anymore but never go anywhere else ' it's worth the journey' and 'Fantastic dentist, such a nice man, always satisfied with our treatment.'
Records showed that people were involved in decisions about their care and treatment options and related cost.
We found that the surgery was clean and tidy and that there were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of cross infection.
