People who were visiting the practice were all very positive about the staff. We were told that 'The staff are smashing.', 'The staff here are marvellous.' and 'The staff are helpful.' We also heard 'The staff are absolutely excellent. The dentist, hygienist and nurses are all good.'

We asked people if they were given information so they could understand their care, treatment and the choices available to them. People told us 'I am given a good verbal explanation of my treatment.', 'They explain all my treatment and put me at ease.' and 'I am able to ask questions.' The people who we asked confirmed that the dentists always explained about the risks of any treatment that was proposed.

People told us that they thought that the surgery was always clean. One person told us 'The hygiene standards are first class.' Another person said they were always given goggles to protect their eyes and an apron to protect their clothes when they were having treatment.

We did not receive any negative comments from people at all about this dental practice.
