Well-led
We found this practice was providing well-led care in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance. The provider had made improvements in relation to the regulatory breach we found at our previous assessments.

Governance, management and sustainability
At the assessment on 10 January 2025 we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation: Risks identified in the May 2024 Electrical Installation Condition Report had been actioned. A follow up Electrical Installation Condition Report undertaken in October 2024 was recorded as satisfactory. The dispensing of antibiotics was in line with current guidance. Justifying and grading of X-rays had been recorded along with other areas of treatment. The dentist was aware of current guidance. Antimicrobial prescribing and dental record keeping audits had been undertaken. Dental instruments were stored in line with guidance and treatment room shelves had been decluttered.
