During a routine inspection

People using the service told us they were satisfied with it and the way it was provided. "The service is very good". "It is not cheap but it is excellent". They had the consultation procedure, available treatments and their costs explained to them. This included any risks attached to the treatments. They told us they were treated with dignity and respect by staff and felt safe using the service.

They did not comment on the practice infection control and audit systems. They did tell us they thought the practice had enough staff to meet their treatment needs and said it was kept clean and tidy.
