During a routine inspection
People told us they had the consultation procedure, available treatments and costs clearly explained to them. This included any risks attached to the treatments. They said that they were treated with dignity and respect by staff and felt safe using the practice. They did not comment on the practice infection control systems or staffing numbers. They did tell us they thought the centre was kept clean, tidy and they were treated in private. People thought all the staff at the practice were excellent and made them feel comfortable when receiving treatment. They were also aware of the complaints procedure and how to use it.
