During a routine inspection
People were transported in a way that maintained their dignity and protected their rights. Transfers were well organised and people's care needs were met during the journey. We found that the premises and vehicles were suitable and safe. Measures were in place
to provide a clean and hygienic transportation service.
We found the staff working at the service received appropriate support and training for their job roles. The provider ensured staff performances were regularly assessed and appraised. The provider implemented a range of processes to monitor quality at their service and made effective changes to improve quality where a need had been identified.
