People had access to health and dental care. The registered manager liaised closely with health and social care teams to ensure people received the medical care they needed with all consent and safeguards in place.
The provider had the systems in place to check the quality and safety of care and have the processes in place to mitigate known risks.

People were supported to look after their pets and gain skills such as cooking. People enjoyed living together in the home where they had chosen the décor in communal areas and designed the decoration of their own rooms. A person told us, “I love my room, it’s how I like it and it’s private.”
